REJURAN® S is indicated for atrophic scars and post-inflammatory dermal damage, especially where the skin has become thinned or uneven.

Indicated for:

• Acne scarring (icepick, rolling, boxcar scars)

• Post-surgical scars (e.g. thyroidectomy)

• Trauma-induced dermal defects

• Thin or atrophic skin areas that need structural repair

Contraindications:

• Known hypersensitivity to fish-derived DNA

• Active inflammation or infection at the injection site

• Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding (as a precaution)

Side Effects:

• Mild erythema, swelling, or bruising post-injection

• Temporary lumps or papules at the injection site

• No long-term adverse events observed in clinical studies

REJURAN® S is a high-viscosity injectable formulated for precision targeting of damaged dermis.

Ingredients:

• Polynucleotide (PN): Highly purified, DNA-based regenerative compound from wild salmon

Packaging:

• 1 mL prefilled syringe

• Needle: 33G × 4 mm recommended for superficial dermal injection

• Viscosity: Medium–high, tailored for localized intradermal application

REJURAN® S is manufactured under KGMP and ISO13485 certifications and sterilized using terminal moist heat. The patented DOT™ extraction process ensures purity and biocompatibility of the PN.

REJURAN® S is injected directly into or around the scar tissue, targeting the dermal layer for regenerative stimulation. It may be used alone or in combination with energy-based devices like fractional laser.

Recommended usage:

• Clean and disinfect treatment area

• Inject using serial puncture or cross-hatching techniques

• Administer 0.05–0.1 mL per injection point into or just beneath the scar

• Sessions every 2–4 weeks, typically 3–4 sessions for visible improvement

Best practices:

• Combine with fractional CO₂ or erbium laser for synergistic healing

• Avoid HA fillers in the same treatment area to maintain targeted PN effect

• Post-procedure care includes avoiding heat, exfoliation, and active skincare for 24–48 hours
