SILHOUETTE SOFT® products are intended for use in adult patients to reposition and fixate the sub-dermis in an elevated position to treat morphological asymmetry and tissue laxity. The 12-cone variant is particularly useful in the midface, lower face, eyebrows, and neck.

SILHOUETTE SOFT® products are sterile, implantable, and bioresorbable medical devices. They contain a single poly L-lactic acid (PLLA) monofilament threaded with poly (L-lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) hollow cones.

• Correct early signs of aging such as light sagging.
• Insert sutures under the skin, to a depth of five millimeters, after administering local anesthesia.
• Insert threads into the subcutaneous layer through fine needles at entry points.

Procedure Steps

1. Identify superficial fat pads to be repositioned.
2. Define the position of the Last Cone.
3. Determine the most efficient vector.
4. Mark entry and exit points for the threads.

After-care

As soon as the sutures are inserted, the skin is lifted. Results can last about eighteen months to two years as the sutures progressively dissolve within the skin, keeping the new collagen growth intact.
