This filler is an injectable based on a peptide-hyaluronic acid formula. The solution is injected into the dermis layer at the site of the damaged scalp in need of implantation for the treatment of subcutaneous tissue damage caused by chemical, physical, and traumatic effects of wounded scalp.

A combination of hyaluronic acid (also common in dermal fillers) and peptides, Dr. Cyj Hair Filler stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, improving bloodstream, revitalizing and strengthening hair follicles, also promoting faster hair growth. The filler improves hair regrowth, hair thickness, and prevents brittle hair.

Designed for injection into the dermis layer of the scalp, for the treatment of subcutaneous tissue dam-age caused by chemical, physical, and traumatic sources.

• Maintain asepsis of the injection site.
• Scalp injections can be uncomfortable and painful for most patients, so it is best to prepare them beforehand.
• Ask them to take a paracetamol-based pain reliever to diminish pain during and after injection.
• Use an aesthetic vibrata device to reduce discomfort.
• Icing the scalp area may not always be the best option; however, it is used often.
• Inject the solution uniformly in the target area by nappage or micro-droplet technique.
• Ensure to use up the entire dermal product, which is for single use only.

Contraindications

• Do not administer to patients with ascertained individual hypersensitivity to components or in case of infections or skin diseases in the injection site area.
• Do not inject intra-vascularly.
• Do not use when inflammation/irritation are present on the scalp.
• Adverse events may occur more commonly in patients with already existing inflammation/irritation.
• Redness, swelling, edema, hematomas, itching, and slight pain can occur at injection site following treatment, and generally subside over 72 hours.
• The potential risks shall be explained to the patient by the practitioner.
• All side effects beyond those described above, or persisting for more than one week, must be re-ported to the practitioner by the patient. In turn, the practitioner should inform the retailer of this as soon as possible.
• Allergies to the ingredients. Patients presenting any skin alteration, disease, infections, or sequelae of streptococcal infections.
• Patients taking immunosuppressants, undergoing cortical therapy, or with autoimmune disease history.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Not recommended for children or minors under 18 years of age.
• DR. CYJ Hair Filler is a clear, colorless gel without particulates. In the event that the content of a syringe shows signs of separation and/or appears cloudy, do not use the syringe.

After-care

• After use, syringes and needles should be handled as potential bio-hazards.
• Disposal should be in accordance with accepted medical practice and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
