The number of dermal fillers treatment sessions and the interval between them can vary depending on the patient’s needs and
desired outcome. Typically, one session is sufficient for subtle lip enhancement. However, additional sessions
might be recommended for significant volume increase or correction of deeper wrinkles or fine lines on the
lips.

Teosyal® Pure-Sense Kiss is indicated for correcting moderate wrinkles and adding volume to the lips and perioral
area in adults.

Teosyal® Pure-Sense Kiss is an injectable hyaluonic acid-based lip filler designed for a comfortable and safe experience. It adapts to
lip movement, allowing for natural-looking results. The filler reshapes and adds volume to the lips, enhancing
their definition and fullness while hydrating the lips and reducing the appearance of wrinkles around the mouth.
Lidocaine, a numbing agent, is included for a more comfortable injection experience.

Pre-treatment:

• Consultation: Conduct a thorough consultation to assess the patient’s suitability, medical history, and
  desired outcome.
• Informed Consent: Obtain informed consent after explaining the procedure, potential benefits, risks, and
  aftercare instructions.
• Photographic Documentation (Optional): Take baseline photographs for treatment planning and tracking
  progress.
• Topical Anesthesia (Optional): Apply a topical anesthetic cream 30-45 minutes before the procedure for
  increased patient comfort.
• Marking (Optional): The practitioner might mark the injection points on the lips or perioral area to ensure
  precise placement.

Injection:

• Needle Selection: Use sterile needles with a size of 30-32 gauge and 4-8mm length.
• Injection Technique:
  • Linear Retrograde Technique: Injections are made along the lip border in a retrograde (backward)
    direction for lip definition and shaping.
  • Bolanus Technique: Injections are placed in specific points along the vermillion border for subtle lips
    augmentation.
  • Papule Forming Technique: Small deposits of filler are placed strategically within the lips for volume
    enhancement.
• Injection Depth: The product is typically injected into the superficial to mid dermis of the lips and
  perioral area. Avoid injecting into blood vessels or superficial dermis.
• Injection Volume: The amount of Teosyal® Pure-Sense Kiss used will vary depending on the patient’s lip size,
  desired outcome, and product characteristics.

Contraindications

• Advise your doctor in case of known hypersensitivity to Hyaluronic Acid, with a history of severe allergy or
  anaphylactic shock.
• TEOSYAL® PURE-SENSE KISS contains 0.3% of lidocaine. Advise your doctor for guidance in case of:
  • Known hypersensitivity, allergy to lidocaine and/or local anesthetics of the amide type.
  • Athletes: lidocaine can induce a positive reaction to anti-doping tests.
  • Heart diseases and/or patient under treatment for heart disease (beta-blockers).
• TEOSYAL® must not be used in certain conditions including:
  • Patients with cutaneous disorders, inflammation, or infection at or near the treatment site.
  • Patients with autoimmune diseases, cardiac diseases, hepatocellular insufficiency, pregnancy,
    breastfeeding mothers, or children.

After-care

• Cooling: Apply a cool compress to the treated area for 10-15 minutes to minimize swelling and discomfort.
• Massage: Gentle massage of the lips as instructed by the practitioner might help distribute the product
  evenly and minimize swelling.
• Results: Initial improvement in lip volume and definition might be noticeable. However, optimal results with
  Teosyal® dermal fillers typically take 2-4 weeks to become fully visible as the product integrates into the
  tissue.
