NUCLEOFILL™

NUCLEOFILL™ is a new bio-stimulator for the skin that is composed of polynucleotides. Compared to injectable fillers that only expand volume, NUCLEOFILL™ works to rejuvenate the skin by directly acting on receptors of skin fibroblasts to promote collagen synthesis. Backed by evidence from research, it is safe and effective. If you’re looking to buy NUCLEOFILL™, it’s important to know about its uses, how long its effects last, how to administer it, and what side effects to warn your patients about.

What Is NUCLEOFILL™ Used For?

NUCLEOFILL™ is used for a wide range of skin issues. These include:
  • Winkles: Wrinkles and sagging skin can be effectively treated with NUCLEOFILL™. According to a Korean study of five women who received polynucleotide fillers, those in their forties saw a considerable improvement in their wrinkles and sagging skin.
  • Rough skin: NUCLEOFILL™ smooths out rough skin. According to a randomized controlled trial of 27 individuals, those who received polynucleotide-based fillers had improvement in their pore size and skin roughness when compared to regular fillers.
  • Sun-damaged skin: NUCLEOFILL™ promotes collagen production by acting on fibroblasts. This helps regenerate damaged skin, making the product effective for sun-damaged areas.
  • Scars: NUCLEOFILL™ can be used for acne scars. In a case report, two 10-mm-scars saw remarkable improvement with no reported adverse events after receiving polynucleotide-based fillers.

How Long Does NUCLEOFILL™ Last?

NUCLEOFILL™ is usually administered over multiple sessions every 3-4 weeks. This allows its effects to build up, which can last up to 18 months. You may recommend repeat doses at 1-1.5 year intervals to maintain effects.

NUCLEOFILL™ Administration Technique

NUCLEOFILL™ is injected subcutaneously into the dermal layer. The site of administration is first identified and cleaned with an antiseptic such as 0.05% chlorhexidine. A numbing agent may be used if the patient prefers it.  Next, a fine gauge needle is used to inject NUCLEOFILL™ into the dermal layer. Depending on the required dose and the number of areas that need to be treated, multiple injections may be required. After injecting the product, you will usually need to massage the area to soothe the site and evenly spread the solution.

NUCLEOFILL™ Product Range

If you want to buy NUCLEOFILL™ wholesale, it is important to know the variety of products available, so you can choose the right product. Here are your options:
  • NUCLEOFILL™ SOFT PLUS: This version of NUCLEOFILL™ contains the lowest dose at 7.5 mg and contains one 2 mL syringe.
  • NUCLEOFILL™ MEDIUM: This form of NUCLEOFILL™ has a strength of 20 mg and contains one 1 mL syringe.
  • NUCLEOFILL™ MEDIUM PLUS: This version has a strength of 20 mg and contains one 2 mL syringe.
  • NUCLEOFILL™ STRONG: This is the strongest available dose of NUCLEOFILL™ at 25 mg and contains one 1.5 mL syringe.

NUCLEOFILL™ Side Effects

According to multiple studies that have evaluated the safety of polynucleotide-based fillers, the side effects of NUCLEOFILL™ are rare. For example, in a Korean randomized controlled trial of 27 subjects, no serious adverse effects were seen. Similarly, an Italian prospective study of 20 women also did not report any serious side effects. Even minor side effects were not seen.  Despite these positives for polynucleotide fillers, general side effects that could potentially arise with dermal fillers are injection-site swelling, redness, bruising, pain, itching, and infections. In addition, allergic reactions and scarring are also possible.

NUCLEOFILL™ vs the Competition

There are multiple competitor products to NUCLEOFILL™, including:
  • PROFHILO®: This product is similar to NUCLEOFILL™ because it not only adds volume to the skin but also promotes its regeneration. It contains 100% hyaluronic acid, which means it can attract water to maintain skin hydration and help rebuild lost skin tone.
  • RADIESSE®: It is made of a gel that contains suspended calcium hydroxylapatite molecules. The thick consistency helps it last longer than a regular hyaluronic acid filler.
  • SCULPTRA®: This product contains poly-L-lactic acid, which is a biodegradable compound. This means that it disappears after some time. It also causes collagen growth to some extent.
  • BELLAFILL®: This product contains polymethylmethacrylate, which is a microsphere or ball-shaped compound. It is deposited into the dermis to reshape the skin but does not cause regeneration.
