DERMALAX™ IMPLANT PLUS with Lidocaine

Dermalax Implant Plus, with a concentration of 24 mg/ml of hyaluronate, is intended for contour volume correction, restoration of the face oval, and work on the so-called “triangle of beauty.” This filler is injected into the deep layer of the dermis.

Dermalax Implant Plus indications are:

Dermalax is a monophasic cross-linked HA soft tissue filler that is Supreme and Pure. Dermalax provides volume to facial tissue, eliminating wrinkles and folds, restoring a smooth appearance, and redefining the face's contour. Dermalax moisturizes your skin, encourages the regeneration of aging cells, and supports collagen and elastin production in order to maintain healthy skin.

The preparation has been completely cleared of BDDE, thanks to which it is characterized by a high level of safety for the patient. The content of the anesthetic agent - lidocaine 0.3% increases the patient's comfort during the procedure.

Cannula technique:

1. The area to be treated is cleaned, and a topical anesthetic may be applied to numb the skin.
2. Pilot Hole Creation: A small needle is used to create an entry point for the cannula.
3. Cannula Insertion: The cannula, which is longer and more flexible than a traditional needle, is then inserted into the hole.
4. Filler Injection: The filler is then injected through the cannula.
5. Massage: After the filler is injected, massage the area to distribute the filler and smooth the skin.

Fanning technique and cross-hatching technique are also popular techniques used when covering larger areas and deep dermal injections.

Despite the safety of Dermalax fillers, the injections should not be used on minors and pregnant women, and there are several other contraindications to be aware of, as well.

• Tendency to keloids
• Intolerance to HA or lidocaine
• Diabetes mellitus, disruption of the endocrine system
• Breastfeeding
• Oncology
• Bronchial asthma
• Couperosis and inflammation of the perineum
• Autoimmune and infectious diseases
• Problems with blood coagulation
• Presence of herpes, burns, and wounds in the area of introduction

After-care

Dermalax fillers are perfectly absorbed and guarantee an optimal result if the patient has no bad habits and observes a post-injection regime.

After the treatment session, it is recommended to:

• Refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol for 14 days
• Avoid solariums, spa salons, baths, and other places with temperature changes and UV radiation
• Engage in intensive sports no sooner than a full week after the session
