FILLMED® LIGHT PEEL

FILLMED® LIGHT PEEL for Sensitive Skin is a medical-grade chemical peel containing Gluconolactone and Mandelic acid. It helps to correct fine lines and brighten the complexion. FILLMED® Light Peel is an anti-aging chemical peel treatment that treats the first signs of aging. The peels are applied in 4 sessions, each 2 weeks apart.

FILLMED Light Peel Kit is recommended for:

• Smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles
• Creating a radiant glow
• Eradicating dead cells and promoting new cell growth for sensitive skin

The unique formula based on gluconolactone, glycolic, and mandelic acid perfectly exfoliates dead skin, while having anti-wrinkle, nourishing, and cleansing properties. The peel brightens the skin and has strong sebum-regulating properties, preventing its overproduction. By performing chemical peels, the top layer of the epidermis is safely exfoliated, and the complexion becomes smooth, brightened, and radiant.

STAGE 1 – SKIN PREPARATION

• Apply FILLMED PRE PEEL with a cotton pad to the treated areas to lower the skin’s pH.

STAGE 2 – PEEL APPLICATION

• Pour 2.5 – 3 ml of peel solution into the measuring cup.
• Using a brush, spread the preparation over the entire area to be treated. Leave on the skin for 3 minutes for 1 session, extend the time depending on your tolerance to the preparation.
• Pay attention to changes that may appear on the patient’s skin while using the peel.

STAGE 3 – NEUTRALIZATION

• Apply FILLMEDPOST-PEEL using a cotton swab or compress.
• Repeat application if necessary.
• Wash off the preparation with water.
• Dry your skin.

Contraindications

• Patients with darker skin shades are not recommended to use chemical peels, as it can cause uneven patches of coloring.
• Also, patients that are pregnant or breastfeeding should refrain from using this chemical peel product.
• Do not use this chemical peel product if you have had recent laser surgery on your skin or skin conditions such as eczema.

After-care

• Sun exposure should be avoided for the first two days following chemical peel treatment and use sunscreen thereafter (SPF 50) whilst the skin is still in its healing stage.
• Possible side effects following chemical peel treatment could include skin flaking, itchiness, redness, and edema.
