TEOSYAL® PureSense Global Action is an injectable gel that contains pure hyaluronic acid and lidocaine for pain
relief. It is used to correct superficial to moderate wrinkles such as glabellar lines, nasolabial folds,
periorbital lines, and perioral wrinkles. This treatment offers long-lasting results, with effects that may last
for up to 18 months. An authorized professional should administer this treatment to ensure safety and optimal
results.

TEOSYAL® PureSense Global Action is characterized by its ideal viscoelastic content. It contains a high
concentration of hyaluronic acid, which helps maintain good skin hydration. The gel is composed of cross-linked,
transparent, sterile, non-pyrogenic, non-animal hyaluronic acid. It also contains lidocaine, an anaesthetic
component, to reduce pain during injection.

Pre-treatment:

• Thorough consultation to assess suitability and desired outcome.
• Informed consent after explaining the procedure, risks, and benefits.
• Topical anesthetic application for patient comfort (optional).
• Disinfection of the treatment area.

Injection:

• Use of sterile needles appropriate for the targeted area and depth.
• Injection technique:
  • Nappage technique for broader tissue stimulation and improved skin quality.
  • Focal injections for targeted wrinkle reduction or volumization.
• Injection depth:
  • Superficial dermis for improved skin quality, hydration, and texture.

Contraindications

• Advise your doctor in case of known hypersensitivity to Hyaluronic Acid, with a history of severe allergy or
  anaphylactic shock.
• TEOSYAL® PureSense Global Action must not be used in certain conditions including:
  • Known hypersensitivity, allergy to lidocaine and/or local anesthetics of the amide type.
  • Heart diseases and/or patient under treatment for heart disease (beta-blockers).
  • Autoimmune diseases.
  • Cutaneous disorders, inflammation, or infection at or near the treatment site.
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding mothers, or in children.

After-care

The patient is advised to gently massage the area daily for at least 72 hours with the POST PROCEDURE cream to
prevent a lymphatic lump from forming.
