SUNEKOS® 1200

Depending on the area being treated, Sunekos 1200 combined with Sunekos 200 protocol requires from 1 to 4 treatments, each treatment normally can be completed in 15 minutes. Damaged skins need specific care. It is recommended to do maintenance every 3 or 4 months with a short one session recall.

Pre-treatment:

1. Consultation: Conduct a thorough consultation to assess the patient’s suitability for Sunekos 1200. Discuss their desired outcome, medical history, allergies, and any medications they are taking.
2. Informed Consent: Obtain informed consent from the patient after explaining the procedure, potential benefits, risks, and aftercare instructions.
3. Area Preparation: Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area according to aseptic techniques. Topical anesthesia may be applied for patient comfort.

Injection Technique:

• Needle Selection: Choose a sterile 27-30 gauge needle with a length of 13mm or a cannula (25-27 gauge, 40mm) depending on the treatment area and desired results.
• Injection Depth: Inject Sunekos 1200 into the deep dermis or superficial subcutaneous layer based on the targeted concern.
• The solution is to use Sunekos® 1200 in combination with Sunekos® 200 creating a “scaffold” through the “cushion” technique.
• Each package contains 4 ampoules – two with hyaluronic acid and two with amino acids. In order for the product to be ready for administration to the patient, it is enough to mix them together.

IFT technique:

IFT (Interstitial Fluid Flow Technique) combines the action of two basic mechanisms used in the regeneration of the extracellular matrix, i.e., injection into the middle layers of the dermis and lymphatic drainage.

• Needles: 27-30G and 12-13mm
• Place: the middle layers of the dermis
• Needle drop angle: 45
• Distance between applications: approx. 1.5 cm
• Injections: 0.1 ml
• A series of injections towards the lymph nodes
• Massage in the direction of the flow (lymph)

Contraindications

• Age: Individuals below 18 years old.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Allergies: People with known allergies to any of the product’s ingredients, especially hyaluronic acid.
• Skin conditions: Active infections, inflammation, or herpes outbreaks in the treatment area. Severe acne requiring medication.
• Medical conditions: Blood clotting disorders, individuals taking blood thinners, those with active skin cancers undergoing radiation or chemotherapy, and patients with autoimmune connective tissue diseases.
• Scarring tendency: Individuals prone to keloid or hypertrophic scar formation.
• Skin health: Damaged, irritated, or sunburned skin.

After-care

• Do not apply makeup for 24 hours
• Do not exercise for 48 hours
