Saypha®Filler is processed using the S.M.A.R.T. synthesis, which results in a durable gel that resists rapid degradation. Once injected, patients will notice immediate skin improvements that can last for approximately 6 to 10 months.

This treatment targets individuals with moderate to severe facial lines and wrinkles, as well as those experiencing reduced lip volume. Saypha Filler treatments are utilized to address moderate to severe nasolabial folds, serving both cosmetic and medical purposes in treating conditions like facial lipoatrophy, severe scars, or morphological irregularities.

Saypha®Filler comprises hyaluronic acid that is cross-linked using the patented Supreme Monophasic and Reticulated Technology (S.M.A.R.T.), creating a robust three-dimensional structure that resists degradation. This attribute allows the filler to deliver longer-lasting, resilient outcomes.

The natural breakdown of the skin’s hyaluronic acid due to aging and environmental factors can lead to moisture loss and reduced skin volume, resulting in wrinkles and accentuated facial lines. By injecting Saypha®Filler into the mid-to-deep dermis, the skin’s hyaluronic acid levels are replenished, effectively adding volume to diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles, leading to smoother and more youthful skin.

• Saypha®FILLER Lidocaine must be injected into non-inflamed, disinfected, healthy skin. Inject the product slowly and apply the least amount of pressure necessary.
• The technique used is essential for the success of the treatment (e.g., microdroplet technique). Therefore, this device must only be used by doctors who have received specific training on the injection technique for filling wrinkles.
• The area to be treated should be disinfected thoroughly prior to the injection.
• Use the 27G ½” needle which is provided with the syringe and inject slowly by applying the appropriate injection technique.
• The amount injected will depend on the wrinkle or depression which is to be corrected. A maximum volume of 2.0 mL and 1.0 mL per nasolabial fold is recommended for initial and touch-up treatments, respectively.
• After the injection, doctors may apply a light massage in order to distribute the product uniformly. However, patients should be advised not to massage the area by themselves for one week following the injection in order to avoid a possible risk of product mobility.
• It usually takes about half an hour to complete a single session.
• If the 27G ½” needle is blocked, do not increase the pressure on the plunger rod, but stop the injection and replace the needle.
• Do not inject into blood vessels. Do not use Saypha®FILLER Lidocaine in bones, tendons, ligaments, or muscles.
• Do not inject Saypha®FILLER Lidocaine into naevi.
• Do not overcorrect.
• Discard the syringe and remaining product after use. Do not use if packaging has been damaged.

Contraindications:

• Saypha®FILLER is only indicated for intradermal injections.
• Sensitive skin may be pretreated using a local anaesthetic patch or cream.
• Please note that any anaesthesia may cause redness or local hypersensitivity.

After-care:

• After the procedure, please inform your patients to keep the injected sites clean.
• They can also apply some ice packs to help swelling subside.
• Patients should be advised not to apply any make-up for 12 hours after the injection and to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and UV or using saunas or Turkish baths for one week after the injection.
