RADIESSE® 1.5ml is injected into the skin with a thin needle to plump the skin and add volume to smooth facial wrinkles
and folds such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth. Your doctor will inject the dermal fillers product into
your skin to make the wrinkles shallower and smoother.

RADIESSE® 1.5ml injectable implant is indicated for subdermal implantation for the correction of moderate to severe
facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds and it is also intended for restoration and/or correction of
the signs of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy) in people with human immunodeficiency virus.

RADIESSE® 1.5ml is an opaque, white colored dermal filler made up of CaHA microspheres in a water based gel injected
into the skin of the face to smooth away wrinkles such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth
(nasolabial folds). RADIESSE® dermal fillers are non-animal based and free from animal protein.

Pre-treatment:

• Consult & Consent: Discuss suitability, risks/benefits, and aftercare. Obtain consent.
• Optional Anesthesia: Apply topical anesthetic (30-45 min) for comfort.
• Disinfection: Cleanse treatment area to minimize infection.

Injection:

• Injection Depth: The product should be injected into the mid to deep dermis, avoiding superficial dermis or
  blood vessels (refer to product instructions).
• Injection Volume: The amount of Radiesse® 1.5ml used will vary depending on the patient’s anatomy, desired
  correction, and product characteristics. Start with a low volume and gradually increase if needed to achieve
  the optimal result.

Post-treatment:

• Cooling: Apply a cool compress to the treated area for 10-15 minutes to minimize swelling and discomfort.
• Massage (Optional): Gentle massage of the treated area as instructed by the practitioner might help distribute
  the product evenly and minimize swelling.
• Results: Initial improvement might be noticeable. However, optimal results with Radiesse® 1.5ml typically take 4-6 weeks
  (about 1 and a half months) to become fully visible as the product stimulates collagen production.

Additional Considerations:

• The number of treatment sessions and the interval between them can vary depending on the patient’s needs and
  desired outcome. Typically, one or two sessions are sufficient.
• Radiesse® 1.5ml can be combined with other aesthetic procedures.
• Potential side effects like temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, and injection site

• Your doctor will decide with you the number of treatment sessions you will need and the amount of RADIESSE® 1.5ml you
  will need at each treatment session. A touch-up treatment may be required to get the desired outcome.
