REVANESSE® SHAPE+™ with Lidocaine

Implantation life is dependent on the depth and location of injection, and averages 6-12 months.

Revanesse® Shape™+ is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel indicated for the treatment of medium to deep facial rhytides and lipoatrophy by injection into the skin.

Revanesse® Shape™+ Lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler designed for deep tissue areas, providing projection, volumizing, and lifting. It is ideal for treating very deep folds, lines, and wrinkles, as well as cheeks, nose bridge, chin, jawline, and glabellar lines.

• Revanesse® Shape™+ should only be injected by or under the direct supervision of qualified physicians trained in the proper injection technique for filling facial wrinkles.
• Thoroughly disinfect the treatment area and inject only under sterile conditions.
• Inject the product slowly and with the least amount of pressure necessary.
• Revanesse® Shape™+ and needles are for single use only. Do not re-use to avoid infection or transmission of bloodborne diseases.
• Keep the product at room temperature for 30 minutes before injection.
• If the skin turns white (blanching), stop injection immediately and massage the area until the skin returns to normal color.
• Before injecting, press the syringe plunger until a small drop is visible at the tip of the needle.

Contraindications:

• Contains lidocaine and is contraindicated for patients with a history of allergies to such material.
• Do not inject into eye contours, blood vessels, or pregnant or lactating women.
• Avoid use in patients with hypertrophic scarring, allergies to bacterial proteins, or autoimmune disorders.
• Never use in conjunction with laser, intense pulsed light, chemical peeling, or dermabrasion treatments.
• Avoid in patients under 18, with acne or inflammatory skin diseases, or with unattainable expectations.
• Avoid in patients with coagulation defects, acute or chronic skin disease, or sensitivity to hyaluronic acid.

After-care:

• Avoid touching the treated area for 12 hours and prolonged exposure to sunlight, UV, extreme cold, and heat.
• Avoid intense heat or cold until initial swelling and redness resolve.
• Risk of cold sore eruption exists if previously suffered; medications like aspirin or NSAIDs may increase bruising and bleeding.
• Limit lidocaine use to 20 mL per 60 kg body mass per annum; avoid treatment during bacterial/viral infections or active fever.
