Ellansé M is a dermal filler designed to treat folds, volume loss, imperfections, and marked defects on the skin. It is suitable for patients seeking a long-lasting one-off treatment. It can treat nasolabial folds, frown lines, marionette lines, and other pronounced creases on the face. Additionally, it can be used for nose augmentation, bridge definition, reducing scars, and addressing facial defects.

Ellansé M’s unique composition includes carboxycellulose (70%) and evenly suspended polycaprolactone particles (30%). The product promotes natural collagen regeneration and is practically imperceptible due to full integration with the extracellular matrix.

• Only allow a licensed practitioner to perform the procedure.
• Examine the patient’s condition and administer any necessary anesthesia.
• Disinfect the area to prevent infection.
• Recommended insertion technique: strands when pulling out the needle.
• Inject the gel slowly to the mid to deep layer of the skin dermis using a 27 G ¾” needle.
• Massage the area gently for even distribution.
• Dispose of used needles, syringe, and unused gel with proper aseptic techniques.
• Due to the ingredients, the filler can sustain its longevity up to 12 months after one treatment. No maintenance sessions are required. One session takes about 30 minutes.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid.
• Patients with uncontrolled autoimmune or infectious diseases.
• Treatment with anticoagulant.

After-care

After the treatment, advise patients to avoid hot water and vigorous exercise for 24 hours. Recommend wearing SPF 30+ sunscreen and reducing sun and UV light exposure for at least a week after treatment.
